Progress

I have continued to get stronger adding hiking and dancing to my fitness regime. My allotment has been an important part of my life, giving me exercise and organic fresh food.

I keep reading motivational and personal development books. The most recent is 'The Slight Edge' by Jeff Olson.

M.E. recovery

I was introduced to 'The Secret' through a friend in Network Marketing who was also interested in personal development. I listened to the CD's and learnt and practised what was said and I TOOK ACTION - I left my wheelchair behind me after 4 months practising. that was 2 years ago. I had been in a wheelchair for 18 YEARS.



My first key was 'I am so happy and grateful that I am fit and healthy'
